Prioritization
We rank the ideas along two dimensions: feasibility and risk on one side, potential return on the other. Starting with low-hanging fruit builds the experience and momentum for the more ambitious ideas.
AI education
In-depth sessions on what modern AI can and cannot do: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic and static workflows, token costs, and security risks such as jailbreaks and data exfiltration.
Feature design & PoC
For the selected feature, we design how the AI side works and plan the architecture with your team. Where useful, we implement a proof of concept, or part of one, to get things moving.
Team support
Weekly syncs with your development team during implementation, availability for AI questions in between, and an evaluation and retrospective at the end.

Your team builds it
How we workThe feature is built by a cross-functional team on your side, so the knowledge and the code stay in your organization. We bring the AI expertise and can write a proof of concept to get things moving, but we don't write or maintain your production code.
